The 10th meeting of the ECOWAS Strategic Planning Coordinating Committee (SPCC) kicked off in Lagos on Thursday, 9th July, 2015
 The 10th meeting of the ECOWAS Strategic Planning Coordinating Committee (SPCC) kicked off in Lagos on Thursday, 9th July, 2015 to finalize and adopt the Community Strategic Framework (CSF) as well as the Strategic Action Programmes of ECOWAS Institutions and Agencies.
In his opening address at the 3-day meeting, the Vice President of the ECOWAS Commission, Dr. Toga McIntosh expressed delight at the progress made so far with the preparation of the Community Strategic Framework (CSF) 2011- 2015. The CSF 2016 – 2020 which builds on the RSP 2011 – 2015 has the meduim term goal of consolidating the foundation for a borderless, peaceful and prosperous West Africa. Representatives from the ECOWAS Institutions and agencies are attending the meeting.
