Selection of 2 Individual Consultants for the formulation of a Regional Export Development Strategy

In the framework of the execution of the 2022 Budget, The Economic Community of West African States
(ECOWAS) intends to apply a portion of its budgeted counterpart funds for the Selection of two Individual
Consultants for the formulation of a Regional Export Development Strategy.

2. The overall objective of this assignment is to support the ECOWAS Commission in elaborating a sound,
efficient and practical Regional Export Development Strategy.
3. The consulting services (“the Services”) include the followings as shown below and the duration of the
contract shall be for a maximum period of sixty (60) days for each consultant. Duties and responsibilities of the 2
