Invitation for Bids

 

1. The ECOWAS Commission, within the framework of the execution of its 2019 budget decided to build a Humanitarian Depot in Bamako, Republic of Mali, for the needs of community citizens. In this regard, the Government of the Republic of Mali has allocated 30 ha of land in the Bamako Sénou Airport area. To secure the land, the ECOWAS Commission intends to erect a perimeter fence of 2,200.91 ml using its own resources

2. The ECOWAS Commission now invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for the implementation of the BUILDING OF A PERIMETER FENCE ON THE PROPOSED SITE OF THE ECOWAS HUMANITARIAN DEPOT IN SENOU, AIRPORT AREA BAMAKO (REPUBLIC OF MALI)

 

3. Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information and inspect the Bidding Documents at the Procurement Division of the Directorate of General Administration, 1^st Floor ECOWAS Commission, 101 Yakubu Gowon Crescent, Asokoro District, PMB 401, Abuja, Nigeria.

1. 1. A complete set of Bidding Documents may be collected by interested bidders upon Submission of a written application addressed to the Directorate of General administration and upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Two Hundred US dollars ($200) only.
   2. NB: There would be a mandatory site meeting on November 4 and 5, 2019 at 11.00 am daily in Senou, Airport Area, Bamako, Republic of Mali.

• Bids must be accompanied by an Original Bid Security (Bank Guarantee or Insurance Bond) of Four Thousand US Dollars Only ($4,000) and must remain valid one (1) month after the Bid Validity Period.

 

1. Bids should be delivered in a sealed envelope and deposited in the ECOWAS Tender Box located at General Administration, Procurement Division Office, 1^st Floor ECOWAS Commission, 101 Yakubu Gowon Crescent, Asokoro District, PMB 401, Abuja, Nigeria.
2. Bids should be clearly marked “BUILDING OF A PERIMETER FENCE ON THE PROPOSED SITE OF THE ECOWAS HUMANITARIAN DEPOT IN SENOU, AIRPORT AREA BAMAKO (REPUBLIC OF MALI) “Do Not Open, Except in Presence of the Procurement Committee’’ on or before 11.00 am on Tuesday November 12, 2019 at the latest and should clearly indicate Price, Specifications, Delivery Period, Bid Validity Period and Bid Security Validity Period as these will determine the acceptance of bids received.

 

• Bids will be opened in the presence of bidders/representatives who choose to attend, on Tuesday November 19, 2019 at 11.30 am, in the Procurement Division of ECOWAS Commission Headquarters, Plot 101, Yakubu Gowon Crescent, Asokoro District, Abuja.
