Notice to All Bidders on the Extension of Deadline for Submission.
The ECOWAS Commission refers to its Request for Expression of Interest (REoI) referenced
QCBS/PPDU-FODETE/PROC/02/22 on the Selection of a Consultant (Firm) to Update the
Financial and Macro-Economic Component of the Study on the Establishment of the Fund for the
Development of Transport and Energy Sectors in ECOWAS – FODETE and wishes to inform the
General Public and particularly the potential bidders that submission Deadline for this Tenders initially
scheduled for March 11, 2022, at 11:00 a.m. (GMT+1), Nigeria Time is now extended to March 25,
2022 (same time).
Please also note that the Duration of the assignment is modified to 12 weeks instead of 6 weeks.
All other conditions of the Request for Expression of Interest (REoI) remain unchanged.
This extension is necessary to give room to more potential bidders to submit their expression of
interest for this activity on time.
NB: Firms/Consortia which have already submitted their EoI, may decide to maintain or replace the
version submitted
