The ECOWAS Commission refers to its Invitation to Bid on the Supply, Installation, Testing, Commissioning, Maintenance, Training and After Sales Service of IT and IT Related Equipment, Signage , Security Scanners and Furniture to be delivered to the Joint Border Post OF MFUM/EKOK JOINT BORDER POST BETWEEN FEDERAL REPUBLIC OF NIGERIA AND REPUBLIC OF CAMEROON ALONG THE ENUGU-BAMENDA CORRIDOR, and wishes to inform the General Public and particularly the bidders that in accordance Instruction to Bidders Section 7.4 as contained in the bidding documents, there is a MANDATORY PRE-BID SITE VISIT AND MEETING as follows:

Date: June 7-9, 2021

Time: 10:00am Daily, (GMT + 1), Nigeria Time

Place: Mfum/Ekok Joint Border Post, Mfum/Ekok Border, between     Republic of Nigeria and Republic of Cameroon, Along Bamenda-Enugu Corridor.
