Local competitive bidding for the provision of digital archiving and data management at the ECOWAS Commission

1. The ECOWAS Commission, within the framework of the execution of its budget intends to carry out the LOCAL COMPETITIVE BIDDING FOR THE PROVISION OF COMPREHENSIVE DIGITAL ARCHIVING AND DATA MANAGEMENT SYSTEM AT THE ECOWAS COMMISSION.

2. The ECOWAS Commission now invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for the implementation as a COMPREHENSIVE DIGITAL ARCHIVING AND DATA MANAGEMENT SYSTEM AT THE ECOWAS COMMISSION.

3. Interested Firms may obtain further information in the Description of Services and at the Procurement Division of the Directorate of General Administration, 1st Floor ECOWAS Commission, 101 Yakubu Gowon Crescent, Asokoro District, PMB 401, Abuja, Nigeria.

N/B All bidders are requested to attend a site inspection/Facility Assessment on Tuesday November 24, 2020, (@12.00 noon) at the Office Support Division Stores, ECOWAS Commission Annex Office in River Plaza, CBD, Abuja.

4. A complete set of Bidding Documents may be collected by interested bidders upon Submission of a written application addressed to the Directorate of General administration and upon payment of a non-refundable fee of twenty thousand Naira only (₦20,000)

5. Bids must be accompanied by an Original Bid Security (bank guarantee or insurance bond) of Two Hundred Thousand Naira Only (N200, 000.00)

5 Bids should be delivered in a sealed envelope and deposited in the ECOWAS Tender Box located in the Procurement Division Office (Rm 105) in General Administration 1st Floor ECOWAS Commission, 101 Yakubu Gowon Crescent, Asokoro District, PMB 401, Abuja, Nigeria.

6 Bids should be clearly marked “LOCAL COMPETITIVE BIDDING FOR THE PROVISION OF DIGITAL ARCHIVING AND DATA MANAGEMENT AT THE ECOWAS COMMISSION” Do Not Open, Except in Presence of the Procurement Committee’’ on or before 11.00 am on Tuesday December 15, 2020, at the latest and should clearly indicate the Lot, Price, Delivery Period, and Price validity terms.

7 Bids will be opened in the presence of bidders/representatives who choose to attend, on Tuesday December 15, 2020, at 11.30 am, in venue to be decided at the ECOWAS Commission Headquarters, Plot 101, Yakubu Gowon Crescent, Asokoro District, Abuja. (The demands of the COVID 19 protocols have affected Public Tender Opening in recent times, and this may not be an exemption).
