Kabine Komara, born March 8, 1950 in Kankan, Guinea is a former department head of the African Export-Import Bank in Cairo. December 30, 2008, he was appointed Prime Minister by Captain Moussa Dadis Camara, the junta leader (CNDD) and President of the Republic.
Mr. Komara is currently the Organization High Commissioner for Development of the Senegal River (OMVS). Married with three children, he is deemed competent.
